This policy follows the data protection laws that apply to us and to you, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for visitors in the EU and EEA.

when you visit the site

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. To deliver the pages and keep them secure, Vercel's servers automatically process technical data your browser sends: IP address, date and time, the page requested, referring page, and browser and device type. These logs are kept only briefly and are not combined with other data or used to identify you.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. See Vercel's privacy policy.

the quote form

When you send the quote form, we receive your name and email address, plus anything optional you add: business name, what you need, budget and your message. We use it only to reply and, if you like, to prepare an offer. The form is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-forwarding service acting on our behalf. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Without a name and email we can't reply, everything else is up to you.

email and messages

If you email us, we process your address and whatever you write to handle your request. Our mailbox is provided by Google (Gmail), which stores our email on our behalf. See Google's privacy policy.

cookies and local storage

We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. The site stores a single entry in your browser's local storage to remember your cookie choice. Optional analytics would only run after you opt in, and none is in use today. Details are in our cookie policy, and you can change your choice any time: cookie settings.

fonts, images and links

Our fonts (Inter and Jost), images and videos are hosted on our own site. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any video platform. Our Instagram and Behance links are plain links: those services only receive data if you click them, under their own policies, for example Instagram's policy.

data sent abroad

Some of the providers above are based in the USA or may process data there. Where that happens, transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, which oblige the provider to protect your data to European standards.

how long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't turn into a project: deleted within 12 months of our last contact.
• Clients: kept for the length of the project and then for as long as tax and accounting law requires (up to 10 years for invoices and related correspondence).
• Hosting logs: kept briefly by Vercel, then deleted automatically.

your rights

You can, at any time and free of charge:

• ask what data we hold about you and get a copy
• have wrong data corrected
• have your data deleted or its use restricted
• object to processing based on our legitimate interest
• receive your data in a portable format
• withdraw any consent you gave, for the future

The whole site runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and we only use providers who keep data secure. No method of sending data over the internet is perfectly safe, but we do our best to protect what you share.

We don't use your data for profiling or automated decision-making.

If we change how we handle data, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page first. The date at the top always shows the latest version.
