What patients look for first
Most visitors arrive with the same handful of questions. Your site should answer them within a scroll or two:
- How to book, and whether you are taking new patients.
- Which treatments you offer, explained without jargon.
- Who will treat them: your dentists and hygienists, with real photos.
- Where you are, how to get there, parking and step-free access.
- What to do in an emergency, and when you are open.
Treatments explained in plain words
A page for each main treatment, such as check-ups, hygiene, fillings, implants, aligners or whitening, gives people the answers they are too shy to ask on the phone. What happens during the visit, how long it takes, whether it is uncomfortable and how many appointments it needs. Clear pages like these also help you show up when someone searches for that treatment in your area.
Online booking that respects privacy
Many clinics already have practice software with an online booking option. We bring it into the site so booking feels like one smooth step. Patient records stay in your practice system, not in a website form. Where a form does make sense, for example a callback request, we keep it short and only ask for what you need.
Calm, not clinical
Plenty of dental websites look cold, or are crowded with stock photos of perfect smiles. We would rather show your real rooms and your real team, use a calm layout and keep the words human. Nervous patients notice the difference.
